Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the Cohesive Now website or through our official sales channels.

Order processing

  • Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
  • Customised or personalised products are usually dispatched within 10–15 working days after final approval and payment.
  • Bulk, wedding, festive or corporate orders may need longer timelines, which will be communicated separately.
  • Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery timeline

  • Mumbai: approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Metro cities in India: approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Other Indian locations: approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on courier serviceability.
  • International shipping: timeline and charges will depend on the destination, weight and courier partner.

Peak season delays

During Diwali, wedding season, festive launches, sale periods, high order volumes, or courier disruptions, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
  • Standard domestic shipping: Rs. 149 for orders below Rs. 3000.
  • Free shipping may apply on prepaid orders above Rs. 3000.
  • Express / rush shipping may be available on request at an additional cost.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please provide a complete and correct shipping address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or extra charges due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or failed delivery attempts. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the website, where available.

Customs and duties

For international orders, customs duty, import tax, VAT or local charges, if any, must be paid by the customer. Cohesive Now is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs or border clearance.
