1. What does Cohesive Now sell?
Cohesive Now offers premium gifting and stationery products, including money envelopes, gift bags, gift tags, thank-you cards, journals, bookmarks, gift boxes and related gifting products.

We are based in Mumbai & Bangalore.
3. Do you offer customisation?
Yes. Selected products may be customised with names, initials, messages, dates, logos or themes. Customisation availability depends on the product, quantity and timeline.
4. How do I place a custom or bulk order?
You can contact us at connect@cohesivenow.co.in or +91 99012 88191 (call or WhatsApp) with the product, quantity, required date and customisation details. Our team will share availability, pricing and timelines.
1. How long does dispatch take?
Ready-to-ship / non-personalised products are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Personalised products are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the location and courier partner. Remote locations may take a little longer.
3. Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available to select countries. Where available, shipping charges, customs duty and delivery timelines depend on the destination. For international orders, please reach out to us on +91 99012 88191.
1. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed, packed, shipped or customised. Customised and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
2. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for products delivered correctly and in good condition. Returns or exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products reported within 72 hours of delivery.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if requested.
4. Are sale items returnable?
Sale, clearance or discounted products are not returnable unless they are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
1. Will the product colour be exactly the same as shown online?
We try to show colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, paper, printing and production processes.
2. Do product photos include props?
No. Props, flowers, decor or display accessories shown in photos are not included unless clearly mentioned in the product description.
